Three foster carer households transferring to Young People at Heart went to Panel this evening.
Two families are transferring with placements, while the third family’s last placement ended in September 2014.
All were recommended for approval by the Panel.
After approval by the Agency Decision Maker and giving their current agency 28 days notice, all three carer families will complete their transfer to Young People at Heart.
Great to have them all on board!
