Young People at Heart are currently assessing 5 foster carer families and expect to present the first three families to our fostering panel in the next few weeks.
Two of the families at the first panel are transferring from another independent agency with young people in placement.
We are pleased that all parties are working towards the transfer in terms of the Transfer Protocol to ensure there is little or no impact on the young people in placement.
Young People at Heart are recruiting new or experienced foster carers now.
