What do you call two witches who live together? Broom-mates!
This was just one of the many jokes shared by our young people on our Young People at Heart Zoom Halloween parties, organised by our Social Work Assistants in our Essex, Hereford and Yorkshire offices. With pumpkin decorating, tea light holder making, spooky stories, drawing, skeleton crafts and quizzes there was lots of fun and laughter.
In previous years we’ve all enjoyed getting together for the parties. Although these could not go ahead as planned due to COVID, it was lovely for all our staff, foster carers and young people to dress up, talk and see each other via Zoom.
